About Me
My Name is David Wayne Woodward. I was born on August 14, 1997 and am 17 years old. I was born in Plano and have always lived in Frisco. If you asked one of my close friends to describe me in one word, they would say driven, passionate, or motivated. One of the best parts about me is that I am extremely driven about the things I'm passionate about. When I find something I'm very passionate about, I will give my all to achieve it. And for me, that thing is music. I absolutely love playing, listening to, and writing music. I especially love creating and writing music. I feel that this is my calling in life and I couldn't picture myself doing anything else.
I have been interested in music from a very young age. I started playing guitar, my main instrument, at the age of 8 and have been playing for over nine years. Currently, I play and write music for my home church Elevate Life Church. I also play percussion in the Liberty HS band and guitar in the jazz ensemble. Outside of everything, I enjoy composing/producing music, as well as teaching guitar lessons.
Mission Statement
My personal mission for ISM is to learn and gain experience in my field of study with the intention of it someday becoming a career. I hope to maximize my potential in ISM by always representing honesty, integrity, excellence, and a positive attitude. My goal for ISM is to get a better understanding of my field of interest, while always representing the ISM program to the best of my ability.
